Applications are invited from eligible candidates for engaging as Lecturers on contract basis, in the University Department of Mathematics, Kariavattom for a period of one year (12 months) on a consolidated remuneration of Rs.32,000/-per month.
Candidates shall submit their application in plain paper along with attested copies of all documents to prove age, community, qualification, experience etc. to the Registrar, University of Kerala. The details are furnished below.

Qualification : I/II Class Master’s Degree with not less than 55% of marks in Mathematics with NET or Ph.D. (Candidates who have passed their qualifying examination from Universities other than Kerala University shall produce the Eligibility /Equivalency from this University at the time of interview).
Note : Relaxation of 5% of marks at Master’s level is allowed to the SC/ST candidates.
Age : Not more than 40 years as on 01.01.2018. Usual relaxation in the Upper age limit shall be allowed in the case of candidates belonging SC/ST and OBC communities.
The applications should be accompanied by Chalan Receipt for Rs.100/- remitted to Kerala University Cash Counter/FRIENDS or Demand Draft for Rs.110/- drawn in favour of Finance Officer, University of Kerala towards registration fee. Candidates should appear for the interview at Thiruvananthapuram at their own expense.
Incomplete applications will be summarily rejected. The envelope containing the application superscribed with the name of the post applied for should reach the Registrar, University of Kerala, Senate House Campus, Palayam, Thiruvananthapuram, Pincode: 695 034 on or before 15th August, 2018 at 5.00 p.m.
