A candidate who is a graduate in any discipline with 4 – 7 years of experience in application support can apply for the post of Application Support Engineer at RM Education Solutions, Technopark. Brief description
- L3 level live support for applications and hosted in Datacenter/cloud.
- Resolve customer incidents within the agreed SLA.
- Carry out live application changes.
- Application Monitoring and out of hours on call support.
- Managing communication with different stakeholders.
Preferred skills
- 3-6 years of experience in Infrastructure Engineering or Operational role such as DevOps, Site Reliability Engineer.
- Windows PowerShell.
- Strong understanding of network concepts – DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP and load balancing solutions.
- Strong SQL querying skills.
- Experience in Application deployment and Disaster recovery.
- Should have good experience in debugging web applications.
