Brief description:
- Minimum 2+ Yrs. of Project Management Work Experience.
- Atleast 1 Year of Full time experience in Agile / Scrum Model Delivery.
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope.
- Report and escalate to management in a timely & professional manner.
- Should be part of gathering requirements, conduct regular team meetings and track project progress.
- Keeps track of lessons learned and shares those lessons with team members.
Preferred skills:
- Knowledge in Health Care domain is a plus.
- Perform Estimation and Prepare Project Plan and Schedule.
- Perform Defect Triage, Root cause Analysis and implement corrective actions to reduce defects in project.
- Preparing reports & metrics and Review with Senior Management.
- Must ensure teams follow the correct procedures, policies and documentation requirements across project phases.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Resource management skills and ability to handle complex / sensitive issues.
