The candidate

  • should have experience in Direct Interaction with Clients via E-mail and Phone.
  • should identify and assess client needs to achieve desired goals.
  • should be proven in customer support & administrative skills.
  • should have the ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • should have a good knowledge of MS office, word processing and transcription, strong email etiquette, internet researches.
  • should provide accurate and complete information to the clients by using the right tools.
  • should be willing to work according to US timings.
