The online application process for the Tamil Nadu Teachers Eligibility Test (TNTET) 2022 has been started through the official window trb.tn.nic.in. The registration will close on April 13. Candidates who want teaching qualifications in Tamil Nadu are required to complete the Tamil Nadu Teachers Eligibility Test (TNTET) application and apply for the exam. The dates for exams are not announced yet.
Papers
TNTET 2022 consists two papers:
- Paper I: for the eligibility in teaching classes 1 to 5.
- Paper II: for teaching classes 6 to 8.
Both the papers will contain 150 MCQs of 1 mark each, without any negative scores. The qualification score for TNTET is valid lifetime across all Tamilnadu board schools.
Age limit
Candidates who are at least 18 years old can apply for TNTET 2022 (Tamil Nadu Teachers Eligibility Test), and there is no upper age limit for the applicants.
Education Qualification
Candidates who passed higher secondary or equivalent with 50% score with a 4 years Bachelor of Elementary Education (B.Ed.) are eligible for Paper I of TNTET Candidates.
For eligibility for Paper II, the candidate should be a graduate or appearing student in the final year of a 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education. Candidates who have passed or are in the final year of B.Ed. can also apply.
How to Apply for TN-TET 2022
- Visit TRB’s official website.
- Click the “TAMILNADU TEACHER ELIGIBILITY TEST (TNTET) – 2022 -Online Application Form” link
- Create new registration from the form.
- Move to the application process and fill all the requested information
- Pay the application fee and click submit.
- Attach soft copies of your document and pay the application fee
- Submit the application and save the acknowledgement for future use and reference
