The examination is here. Does the Exam Make You Scared or Sacred? It is the question of the hour. The time is precious now. Here are the things that we need to know about writing our exam well and change the scary into sacred!

Why there is examination? It is to test what we have learned so far and then what we will have been to learn further or do in the next phase in our life. However, this weighing of knowledge creates fear in us. Why the examinations cause great fear and mental pressure?

Whether we like it or not, examination- the assessment of the quality of our learning- is an inevitable process in this human life. As the students who are appearing for the final exam, how we can successfully face this phase with real confidence is the question before us? I hope this post is going to helping you in this regard.

The primary reason for this ‘exam fear or stress’ is connected to the Result. This anxiety about the exam result is an unnatural mindset. It is not an immediate occurrence.

RESULTS is a natural outcome and which will be only occurring after the preparation and writing examinations. The stress is an unwanted feeling then causing the upcoming examination very stressful. That would affect our confidence and healthy mindset.

The second reason is the pressure of expectation we have or of our parents or teachers will work upon us as a real burden. It is also a created stress in this crucial period. With self-awareness and confidence in our abilities, we can surpass this overburden.

(To the parents and teachers, at this point of time do not pour oil in the flame. It only drains the confidence of our children. On the other hand, be with him and provide the assurance that no matter what happens you are with them)

The following may not be a convincing fact. Like less preparation, exam stress is happening due to over-preparation against the adequate one. Over-preparation causes fear and anxiety more. The solution is to adopt a pragmatic approach to systematic preparation.

The three reasons mentioned above produce the same effect, we will become stressful or scary about writing the exams.

Let me share some common points about this exam stress due to mental pressure. Since we are human, this is absolutely normal. The controlling amount of stress during the examination shows that our approach towards the exam is genuine and serious about it.

Indeed, this stress is quite positive and known as EU Stress or Positive Stress. This stress is complimentary for the aspirants. Through this healthy approach, we are equipping us better to write the examination with a purpose. This mindset can be manageable as well.

Rather, due to the uncontrollable fear, if we are under a frightening and intimidating amount of stress, that stress is known as Negative Stress. We might soon forget the things we have studied well during our preparation because of this stress. We will lose the enthusiasm for writing the exam, and finally, fail to score good marks in the exam. This negative attitude is so dangerous and can confiscate the success which we deserve through our normal performance. So, at all costs, we must overcome this Negative Stress.

2nd Part is coming soon!!!
